2024 FLU VACCINATION CLINICS here at Bluewater Medical Practice.
We have received the Over 65yr Govt Flu vaccines.
We have schedule FLU Vaccination Clinics, so please phone our reception 07 4778 6444 and make your appointment.
Those patients eligible:
- All adults aged over 65 years
- Pregnant women at any stage of the pregnancy
- ATSI aged over 15 years
- ATSI Children aged over 6 months with medical conditions predisposing them to severe influenza
- People 6 months and over with medical conditions such as severe asthma, lung or heart disease, low immunity or diabetes that can lead go complications from influenza
The 2024 Strains of Influenza:
- A/Victoria/4897/2022 (H1N1) pdm09-like virus
- A/Thailand/8/2022 (H3N2)-like virus
- B/Austria/1359417/2021 (B/Victoria lineage)-like virus
- B/Phuket/3073/2013 (B/Yamagata lineage)-like virus
